When I was gathering COPO information for the "69 Chevelle Resource Center" on my website, of which most of that information came from this site, indicated all COPO's were built in Baltimore with a record of one (???) built in Fremont. I'm sure other people on here have more definitive information than me. Hope this helps.

Do we have a rough idea of how many were built in Fremont Bob?

I don't think so...mine is the only one known right now....but I would guess there had to be more....California is a big place...
