I am currently in Danville Va working. A guy that works with me told me about a green Deuce he saw sitting in front of a Subway on Riverside Drive. Does anyone know anything about this car? Is it real?

There were at least four Deuces sold new at Tamson Chevrolet in Danville, Va. 3 which are found one is said to be totaled. One of the found cars in Forest Green and is in Va now. I think that car is ALL original. Marlin is that the case?

Tamson sold 6 deuces, 4 survive, 2 are gone.

J&W Nova Parts in Danville, VA have 3 of the Tamson cars, all a/t's, one of which is Forest Green, original paint and stripes and is kept in their showroom. The 4th is also in Danville, and is owned by the owner of a car lot. This 4th deuce has an interesting story to it. The car was originally red, however the first owner wanted a blue one - so the dealership apparently repainted it blue, without the Yenko stripes re-installed! Not something you hear about every day!

The 4th deuce is owned by a close friend and painted its original color after a 4 yr frame off resto. It is back to it original color , red. Documented and still in the city it was sold in. Bought yrs. ago from original owners son for pennies on the dollar.

I haven't spoken to the guy who's restoring it for over a year, what's the status?
