Anyone looking for a riced out Corvette? I saw this on another forum and almost got sick. This thing even has a retractable TV mounted to the rear bumper.

<font color="blue">I've seen that at a couple of car shows. Actually it is a super nice 'showcar'. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif
A lot of thought went into all of it, & it is really a nice piece. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
Unfortunatly, we don't have any more real big shows (indoor style) down here to show off that kind of work. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
I remember back in NY, the L.I. colliseum & M.S.G used to have great indoor shows that this would fit in perfectly at.

Pretty cool looking... too bad they didn't spend some of that $150K on the drivetrain.

Wow http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif What I don't understand is why customize the car to that extent and then sell it. I would guess the market that the car appeals to can not afford it?

Mike, apparently the more money you have to waste the less taste is involved... not the other way around.
He probably sold it to get it out of the way so that he can start working on a C6.

That was done by "the fishman", he usually incorporates fish somewhere in his projects. You think this is over the top, you should see the beetle he did. Hell of alot of work and money, but why??? http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

<font color="blue">If it wasn't for cars like this, all cars would be stock looking & then who would care. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif
http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif"Custom" cars are what made the car world what is has become today
& what made the originals what they are worth today.
Think about it.
If you dont' like a custom car like that,
just look at certain parts of it
& enjoy the thought and workmanship it took to get there.
