....both said that the item did indeed sell happily by both parties as shown on the auction.I was being scammed,by a copycat.
Knowing this,I still email this scammer today & give him an excuse why I can't send the money JUST yet,but will soon, like my Son is sick,or Blah Blah Blah..
He routinely begs me for the money now,and has knocked $200.00 off his first asking price.I will enjoy this!

Good going Rick!
I was able to catch the scammer on eBay before they pulled down his Yenko. Please note that the seller was from Chicago, the Yenko was surrounded by palm trees, and the scammer claims to be in London! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
Anyway, here is his reply... along with mine. I'm going to play him out.
BTW, I have removed his email and name so he can't Google this thread. It will blow my deal on an $8,200 Yenko!!!

Arnold,
I was relieved to hear the Yenko has not been sold. I wish I got to your email sooner, but my boss made me stay late tonight. I would quit right now, but I need money for my voracious car collection hobby.
I am very sorry to hear about your brother's death. Just this year I lost my beautiful wife when a guy she was seeing behind my back strangled her when she refused to leave me for him. It was a horrific experience for all family members on both sides.
Anyway, please tell me where to send the $3000! I am anxious, but nonetheless worried that someone has already sent you the cash.
Please let me know if it is still unsold, and I will send a check or money order, or whatever you prefer.
Thanks again for your response.
Mike
