I'm looking for good websites with material on Harley Davidson Panheads. Also looking for good sites with Panheads for sale. Any help would be appreciated http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif BTW, if anyone comes across a mint '65 Electra-Glide I would be very interested in buying it. Thanks http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif
Mark...What information are you seeking? I have been working on Pans for 30 years. I have a 65 that I may consider selling. A nice bike, but not show quality restored.

Hi Tony,
I knew you were into bikes but didn't know you'd been working on them for that long. I may need to hire your services if possible to look at a bike or two for me. I am looking for general knowledge at this point. I've owned 4 HD's but all EVO's, so I am not all that knowledgeable about Pans. I looked at a mint '56 about 6 years ago and passed because I didn't know enough about them (This was one of Percy Poole's personal bikes - he was a local HD dealer from way back then). By the time I found someone local to check it out it was gone, so I am trying to do my homework first this time. I kick myself now for letting that one go and I want to find another but think I might be getting too old to use a kickstart http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif I'm looking for something that is pretty nice but doesn't have to be show quality. It does have to be original though with matching numbers etc. If you want, PM me your number and I'll give you a call. I'm only a few hours away from Michigan (I believe that is where you are located) and was there on Friday actually looking at a Z06 in Highland, so we could easily get together sometime. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
Thanks for the link Canuck!
Mark...I would be glad to help. I will PM you my phone number. You were about an hour from me in Highland.
PS...If they are tuned right, 1 or 2 kicks and they are running.

Mark,
I have owned a 1950 Panhead for several years. It's a cool bike. I guess 67 Z's and Panheads go together. Good luck.

I knew you had good taste Steve! Hey, if you need to sell that Pan to raise a little cash for the Z resto, just let me know http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif
