hi,
i just saw this on ebay and it has "some possible ??" motion looks to it, such as the gills, rear lights. i'm no expert, but i enjoy learning about them.
its pretty well been modified for race , but thought it might be worth checking out. hope this helps if it is.

Doesn't look like one to me. Looks overpriced as well.

were the gills on the motion vettes made by motion or were they an after market item?

If I'm not mistaken, Joel said at SCR6 he just turned the lower fender panel "backwards" to get the outward facing "gill" look you're talking about.

They are glass. Joel put them on the MOTION GT CORVETTS. Go to PANTERAS pix before the last reunion. Also scr6 motion1 has a yellow one . Just measure ,cut ,reverse&rebond, They look way cool. TIM

If you have a '68 vette just open the hood and look at the backside of the fender louvers. You can see what they looked like from the inside of the engine compartment. Then just cut a rectangle area out around them and then glass them back in place wrong side out. Finish sanding them smooth and you will have the same effect.

Just so you will know those are '67 vette side louvers turned around backwards like Joel did with the 68 & 69 GT vettes.
I liked them reversed--Damn thing looked like it was breathing through gills---------- http://www.yenko.net/attachments/102852-Scan0004.jpg

yea,
they do look pretty shark, i mean sharp !!
it was clever for joel to think of doing it that way.
so , just because a vette has those, doesn't always mean it's a motion? case in point the vette on e-bay in my first
thread. thanks for all the pics and the info.
greatly appreciated !
