gm intake #3963569 wondering what it goes to ?

i got this intake from a garrage sale ,wondering what it came off of. any help would be apprieciated,

70 Nova 402 375 Hp, 70 Chevelle 402 375 Hp, 454 450 Hp 70 Camaro 402 375 Hp
71 Corvette, Chevelle 454 425 Hp
Low Rise intake for Corvette Low hood restrictions, Carb Flange is only 1.25" above the Cylinder head ports, has an oil splash shield.
