I had my first sighting of a ford gt on the freeway.WOW! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/headbang.gifwhat a car! It looks good in pictures and even better going down the road. Ford has nailed this retro thing with the GT and the new Mustang. GM has some catching up to do.

Most of GM's styling these days falls into the "Ugliest" category. They need a whole changing of the guard in the styling department.

I think some of the designers for oldsmobile must of been transferred to the different brands of gm. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif Although some of the new Caddys look sharp http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif
I miss the days when you could see this at your local Chevrolet dealership. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

------I agree completely with whoever said that the GT looked better on the road. I saw a silver one about a month ago on the Ohio pike near Toledo with a Man. plate on it and it was bitchin. They look good standing still anyway but simply better at speed. Funny, I actually passed him. He must have been scared of the infamous Ohio staties!!!!
------One of our renters (a gal) at our apartments works on the GT line final prepping, I think. She says she has already seen several high profile type "stars" come to see thier cars being finished. I think she got an autograph or two. Ive been wondering if a normal shmuck (me) could get a look-see. Going to ask her next time I see her...........Bill S
