Removing Rear Seat?

How do I remove the rear seat in my 1970 Camaro. I just discovered broadcast sheet #2. Thanks guys... will post pictures as soon as I recover it.

Remove the lower cushion first, push down and back while letting the curse words fly. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif The back should be held in by a bolt at the bottom and hooked at the top.

You will have to remove both of the lower cushions and there is a bolt in each side of the upper cushion. (just clarifing)
