Your missing the first line of data, which is the build week and the interior paint code.

The 249 is not correct, could be 2 followed by G,M,L,Z,B,H,E,U,S or R.

1 = Chevrolet
2 = Camaro
4 = 8-cylinder engine
37 = coupe body
7 = 1967 model year
N = Norwood, OH assembly plant

Decode for body number: 006453

No Build date given.
No Interior paint code given.
67-12637 = Custom Interior Coupe.
NOR = Built in Norwood Ohio.
779 = Custom Turquoise Bucket Seats.
Z = (A50) Strato Bucket Seats.
C-C = Car Color is Ermine White

Options:
3S = (Z23) Interior Decor group
3K = (Z21) Deluxe exterior trim

Either way the car was a 327/210HP base engined coupe.

Thanks. I left out the first line info 09B. I am sure there are some other details missing, but I will look further.
