For Sale= a 1978 Black/Black Z28 Body -this is just the roller- no motor or tranny. -12k actual Mi.- The car was wrecked on the RF back in early 79. I have had it since then. I was intending on using it for a SCCA race car but bought a vette instead. It was a full option car w/ Auto trans, PS, PB, PW, Door locks, tilt/cruse, air, 10 bolt POSI. Factory stereo W/Rear speakers.

I got this car wrecked in the R. Front and will need a minor pull on the body to make the R door close like it should again. It not not too bad to do this. I replaced the sub frame assy and when one of the 4 major bolts on the RS would not line up I bought the vette in the interest of time. This car has sat ever since.

The missing parts are the Mag wheels and tires , Bucket seats, radio, air cond. doghouse, front sheet metal and bumper, radiator, and of course the motor/trans it will need a windshield, and a aftermarket sunroof, which is damaged. Body has its original paint still on it or at least what is left of it down to the primer in places. It has minor damage on the LR corner and I have a good used spoiler to replace the one that is damaged.

I have it in inside storage at the time but it sat out for a few years so it is in need of paint now. I need it out of my way.

Price is $500 for all and -=NO PARTS are for sale unless you are willing to take everything.=- I want to sell it. That means All or nothing.

What's the gear ratio on the posi rear end? How are the interior pieces? What color? Any flares, or ducts?

It was a black car. inside and out. the front seats are gone but the door panels are still there and so is the carpets and back seat. someone stole the AM-FM radio & rear speakers out of it one time. For some reason they were after the dash gauges but must have got scared off and left them in the drivers side floor.

Console and shifter is still there.

The trunk looks like a new car inside as you can see by the pic I took of the inside of it. I have no way to know what the rear gear is but I doubt it is a low one.

This car is like a time capsule. Been setting since 1980. There is a lot of good stuff if you are restoring one and the best part is it does not have a salvage title. I am a retired bodyman and it would not be that hard to fix it and put it back together.
