RS holes for back up lights ???with a new panel ??

I have a 69 Z11 rs/ss pace car and I have a new rear valence but there are no holes for the back uplights ??

Any body know the best way to cut them out or is there a template somewhere to get a hold of ?

Get with Year One and order part #TC727, it is a template for cutting those holes in the rear valance. Year Ones phone number is 1-800-950-9503, dial ext. #327 and ask for Alyce. I deal with her pretty much on a daily basis...............RatPack...............
