Traction bars 69 Camaro -12 Bolt rear

OK, I found a 1969 Camaro with a decent body (no motor or tranny) in the Hudson Valley NY. Cowl tag is x44 made in Norwood, 8cyl, 350 Turbo trans. Dumb question - were traction bars or finned rear cover plates offered by dealers ?

Maybe Nickey Chevrolet, Yenko or any other supercar dealer, they all had huge over the counter parts department...
