70 Yenko Nova Rear Sway Bar Links

Hi, Does any one have a picture of the correct rear links for the 70 Yenko rear 5/8" sway bar?
Also the centre to centre length of the link?
Is the lower part of the link 2 piece? or does it only have 1 bolt to clamp it to the bar?

Any help would be appreciated.
