Wiper arm ID - via part #

I have an NOS wiper arm and can't find the # in my books. It's a 3951917, which is an earlier #. It says group # 16.063, but the groups normally only go up to 15. ? Most wiper parts are listed in 10.147.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

In my 68 P&A 34, group 16 is for Corvair F.C. (whatever the heck that is...), and Greenbrier parts. But it doesn't show that number. Group 16.063 is for "LINK ASSY - ROD ASSY - SPACER, Winddshield Wiper", but it only lists 4907566, 4907565, 3775139 and 3764098. Maybe someone with a later book can look it up for you.

Group 16.063 was the wiper arm section in the seperate Chevrolet Truck Parts Book.
Section 10.147 was the wiper arm section for all the other vehicles in the Chevrolet Passenger Vehicles Parts Book.They only go up to group 15.
My Truck Parts Book shows Wiper Arm #3951917 is for a 1973-1991 MotorHome & P-Series Van,walk-in.
I'm showing many Chevrolet Dealers still having this Wiper Arm in inventory.
This NOS part is readily available for $32.17 today.
It has not been discontinued yet.

Thanks Kurt. It's always bugged me that I didn't know what "F.C" meant! And it's even worse becasue in High School, I had a teacher that had a green one of these!!! If I remember correctly, it was a 63(?) UGLY UGLY UGLY!!!
