73 Nova Value?? your opinion please

got a lead on a 73 nova, two door 307 automatic, orig. paint car, needs paint but body solid overall, couple of small blemishes. Int. as new, bench seat, column shift, orig hub caps, bumpers, etc. Here is the kicker, 38k orig miles. I was thinking of putting a quick squirt on it and hang a nice exhaust and beating around in it. Any opinions on what the car is worth or better yet, what would it be worth to you as it sits? Runs, drives well but needs brakes.

It sounds like a good car. My guess would be between $4.000.00 and $5,000.00 due to the low mileage and solid body along with an interior in that condition.
