Was that the correct place for the Injection Emblem???For some reason it doen't look right....I thought it was more to the rear of the front fender........Getting old, kinda hard to remember.

We'll have to hook up next time!

What did you bring out to Pavillions? Judging by how many pics I've taken...I probably have a picture of one of your cars somewhere! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I'll PM you my number...that way we can get together. Thanks for the compliments.

From what I can find...Dragway 42 is in Ohio??

Here's a link to some vintage pics from there.

So I'm assuming that the FI '59 at some point lived in Ohio?

That sure brings back some memories. I used to run there in the mid 60s. Great place to spend Friday nights.

-------As a young punk Dragway 42 was my home track. Only about 20 minutes from my dads house. I spent many hours there. Watched a jet dragster loose his brakes and chute and go off the end which was slightly up hill. He got some seriously good air, about 40 feet of it and unfortunatly died upon reentry while ruining a perfectly good row of corn!
--------I wish those old pics would have been of the weekly regulars as I would have known a bunch.........Bill S
