Does anybody know what happened to ProTec tools....the guys that make the fiberglass lined sockets so they don't scratch finished bolts? Did Snap-On Tools buy them?

I bought a couple of sets last year online. Very nice sockets, and hey, they are made in the USA http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/flag.gif

isn't there another outfit that makes the socket lined with a rubber like material... intended for the same purpose of protecting the finished bolts?

Only about $50 for the set. I have a dealer close to me if someone needs more info.
