BE THERE!
BE THERE!
BE THERE!

It's happening on October 16th in Tulsa, Oklahoma and sponsored by SNSChrome.com (http://www.snschrome.com) . Factory appearing (from the grandstands) Musclecars racing headsup on a 4 tenths tree on hard tires ONLY! No soft sidewall, Nitto's, Drag radials, or Pro Trac's allowed. ANYTHING goes under the hood as long as it fits under the hood. The quick 8 get paid to qualify and run on a ladder while the rest of the field runs in their own best 2 out of 3 mini shootout with number 9 qualifier running number 10, number 11 running number 12, and so on. There's even a "Stock Appearing Incentive Program," where the two quickest Musclecars running through manifolds, with a dual plane intake or crossram, all four of the same size tires and factory wheels, and no obvious power adders, get paid! Check it out at Musclecar Grudge Match.com (http://musclecargrudgematch.com) . http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

Wayne's a great guy and deserved the cover, although we have met we have never run head to head against one another, I hope to rectify that situation next year http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif

Thanks guys........... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif Actually, I am pretty excited about the article and the car making the cover. Gonzo is a super nice guy that's working hard to put on some good races http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif ......If things work out monetarily, like I think they will, I'll be able to run him at one of his races next year. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif Hey Gonzo, do you have spots for vendors at your race?

PS, I love your car and I WILL a fast '69 Judge some day.

Well, we had a great time!!!............Turnout wasn't too impressive with only 14 cars racing (there were 87 spectaters) but, EVERYONE said that they had a LOT of fun and were all looking forward to next year's race. Low ET was Sideways Johnny in his GTO running 11.76. John Murray (A.K.A. Dr. Olds) qualified with an 11.85 in his '70 F-85 and won the race with a 12.01 beating Johnny's GTO. In his F.A.S.T. Hemi Challenger, Steve Hodges dropped a valve on his second pass!!! Steve won $250 in the Stock Appearing Incentive Program. I'll have pics posted tonight at Musclecar Grudge Match.com (http://www.musclecargrudgematch.com)
