I am looking for a turn signal switch Delco part # D6226. This switch fits 67-68 Corvettes and was also used in a few Chevelles, GTOs and other cars. It was discontinued a few years ago. I don't think anyone makes an aftermarket replacement part. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, James

Thanks for the link. There are two switches that were used on these cars. That is the more common one of the two. It is still available from GM. The one I need is orange.
Thanks, James
Delco #D6226 translates to GM#5698520.
I made a few calls, and found three of them NOS.
All want to keep, but said $300.00 would be the price they would sell if you want.
I told them to go scratch...one called me back & said $250.00 he would sell for.
Let me known if you want the contact info.

Isn't there a date code (month and year) on the brown connector? I'm pretty sure I remember seeing it on my original switches.

I don't remember seeing anything on the connector. On the switch there are the letters BPM and the number 4. I'm out of town working now so I don't have access to the old switch. I'm not real concerned with the date code being correct. As hard as these are to find, it would take forever to find a correct dated one.
