The book on CD is available from my website at www.copo.com. (http://www.copo.com.) Hardcopy is no longer available. I have designed it so the book can be printed from the CD. The cost is $19.95 and you can send a check to COPO Connection PO Box 1036, Lombard, IL 60148. Thanks.
