I wonder if its really original paint? Those header panel stripe endings are way wrong, as is the stripes down onto the tailpanel... but the rest of the stripes look right. Maybe they were dealer added, or maybe it isn't really original paint. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hmmm.gif Neat car either way.

Correct. No U16 or U17 gauge RPO's on this one. I have seen SS396 Camaro's set up the same way.

Best I can tell this is a 12C built car (What a wonderful pic of the tag). I don't think the tach was manditory until later in the production year.
