Some of the most innovative and well engineered race cars ever. He has kept almost all of his cars that HE designed and built (Midland, TX). Rarely does he bring out all the cars like this...

The wing on these these is operated with a foot pedal. Entering your corner you assist your braking by increasing the pitch of the wing. Out on the straights you lift off the pedal so that it levels out. Hall said when you did this it felt like the car got a boost of 100 HP.

The vacuum car was the wildest of all. The vacuum mechanism was operated by a second motor. This car in its first outing recorded the fastest lap ever at Watkins-Glen. The suction created by the vacuum could theoretically hold this car to a ceiling!!!

http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/haha.gif That was my thought too when I saw the pics! Got it in my Aurora Model Motoring Golden Gate Bridge set, Xmas 1968. My dad had to cut the bridge away a little to clear the wing.

Yes he did. he was responsible for many things we take for granted in racing today.
