I thought I was going to be there this weekend, I had plans to buy a new car (everyday car) from a dealership in Chicago and drive it back to Texas with a stop at the show. I was going to pass my daily driver along to my youngest son, but we ended up getting him a new car. Dad can continue to drive the s---box. How come everyone in the family has a better vehicle than me?

I was there, here is proof, soory guys, I was sick as a dog, made the drag strip strip from 1-3, went back and checked into room 211 at the Faifield, fell asleep, then went to the doctors back in St. Louis for some meds and just went back to Harrahs and literly slept till Sunday and the plane trip. At the strip I met Charley L and hung out at the starting line with Mark (cant remember last name but said he traded his Yenko Nova for Yenko Camaro years ago...As they say, better luck next year http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
