No expert, to be sure, but did you reboot your computer? Good luck.

I'm also not an expert, but when my scanner acts up I un-install and then re-install the scanner software and that fixes it.

Why do you need to use the Fine pix software? I have a Fuji camera...and I've never used it.
Set your camera up to download the pics...using your USB cable...and then just open "My Computer" and go to the "removable hard drive"and click on that and copy and paste...that should work...
If not...then (like Bill said) remove the software and reinstall it! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

I think I figured it out, I was unplugging my printer cable and plugging the camera in to the usb and for some reason I was getting a usb error and the picts wouldnt load, I could email them but I couldnt download them into the fine pix file. Seems the printer software was interfearing. This make sense? Reloaded the printer software and now it works http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hmmm.gif
Thanks for the help everyone! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

Sam...
Go to your favorite computer place and pick up an external USB hub...they're like 5-10 bucks or so...then plug that into your USB port and plug your printer and camera into the hub...problem solved! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif
