I am listing this car for a friend of mine. The car is Astro Blue with Blue bench seat interior, SS396 350hp, ( http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif ) M40 auto. The paint & body on this car is beautiful. The interior is very very nice with the only thing altered being someone cut the dash for a non stock style radio. There is NO build sheet or paperwork for the car but I believe the car to be an indisputable real deal no argument SS from new. The motor was rebuilt on the car and the motor may have been decked because I do not see any numbers (the pad is painted) and I did not want to scrape up the guys engine block but I can see where the block says CTW which is the code for 402 TH400. There are many original things on this car including the original General spare with original SS rim along with the original sill plates with rivets, etc. The body panels on the car are originals IMO. The owner recently put an Eldebrock intake on the car but still has the original. Who ever buys this car is going to be someone who wants a NICE perfect riding driver Chevelle. I have driven this car and it drives tight and straight and sounds good with the headers and the shift kit. No disappointments here. He is looking to get $34,900 which IMO is a steal for this car. Any questions e-mail me or call me at 708-257-8539. I am going to display pics but could send more upon request.

They didn't offer a 325HP in the 70 SS Chevelle.
You mean 350HP,as that's what CTW denotes w/an Auto. Trans.
I would like to see those pix. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Very impressive triple blue SS. In my opinion, $32,900 is a very fair price for a 70 SS BB. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif

In my opinion you could not buy a better car for the money. The current owner babies this car like you would not believe. The car drives SUPER straight and tight.

ACES I agree with you on the multiple pedel deal. If it had them I would own this car myself it is that nice.

I have other photos I could e-mail a potential buyer.

Would be a nice car too Convert too a 4 Speed. Since there is no Paperwork on the car.

It's really double blue since it has no vinyl roof, right?

I would say so mmcporter.

Another cool thing about this car is it has the optional rear window defrost which I thought was cool cause I have never personally seen one on a muscle car.

Guys my buddy REALLY needs to sell this car. He has a legit 1970 LS5 convert on hold that he is gonna loose unless he moves this car. He is willing to take $30,995 which is a loss for him since he has $35K in this Chevelle. Who ever gets this car is going to be VERY happy. Trust me.
