"Not a butcher job but a very, very clean install. The drivers regulator window had a Royal Bobcat sticker on it see photo."
What's a "clean install"? A 428 would slip in place of the 400 without any changes.
Don't see anything about it being a Royal Bobcat car http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif. The fact that it has a Royal Bobcat decal on the vent window means that it's 1 of about 10,000 people (maybe 10,000 cars) where someone sent in their membership fee to Royal Pontiac and became a member of the Royal Racing Team in the 1960's. These decals are still available as originals or as reproductions.
For it to be an actual Bobcat car, there would have to be solid documentation to back it up. The car wouldn't necessarily have to have been delivered to Royal Pontiac (but it would be a bonus), it could have had an engine transplant performed by Royal Pontiac at any time, but you would need solid evidence, on an invoice, of that engine transplant.
