CYLF is a later McCreary Manufactured code.
That DOT looks like 47th day of 1979 or 89.
I don't think McCreary was producing this tire in 1969.

I picked up a pair of M/T RL's in '90--I think they had just been offered in '89 or so in accordance with Rick's choices--They weren't offered that long -----------
