What do you want to spend on one? How about a price range you are willing to go?

I have found a 1971 RS/Z28 car that I am going to look at on Sat morning It's the 3 owner he bought it from a family friend who's owned it since 1979 he's had it for 3 years and never got done what he planned. The asking price is $6500 I am most likely going to pick it up if all the # look correct. But I still need to find a 70Z the broad rang is for the reason that there are a lot of car out there in different stages If I say I wanted to spend $15K on a solid car that is number matching but needs restoring then I will get 100 people offing me there Flintstone mobile I have see a few car go foe under 30K that are # z's and BB ( so they say they are) But you cant trust these eBay people. This is reason I turn to a site like this if there is a member that is trusted I feel less likely to get burned.

have to agree there..after having a few decent ones lately it boggles my mind how cheap they sell for in this day of most entry level muscle is not cheap to get into...they are a real bargain. nice done cars are around for cheaper than a decent paint job $$$...

I find any of this talk of 70+ Camaros quite amusing........seeing as how, up until this past year, only Phil Borris's COPO was about the only 2nd Gen Camaro mentioned around here.
While mine arent SUPER, glad I got what I do!!!!!!!!

I agree with that 100%...been telling my Nova boys that for 2 years now. People who want a certain kind of car and will often settle for one step less. How many want a real COPO or Yenko and settle for a regular BB car?? I think we have only begun to see the "clone era"..there are many more tribute cars to come and they will get better IMO.
