Hoo, boy, I guarantee you there's much more than meets the eye to this story http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif. The seller is well known locally here. According to the article, the seller is..."An impoverished ex-restaurant owner", with holes in his shoes, no buttons on his jacket, and food stamps in his wallet?? Somebody pass me the barf bag, please http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsdown.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bs.gif

The owner of the Pope mobile was a regular at our dealership. He came in to our dealership begging us to buy this car from him about a year ago because he said he was flat broke. We had pity on him and wrote him a check for $500. After this car sat on the back lot for almost a year I sold it on e-bay.
