Restoring a high dollar Z/28, COPO or SS? Don't use those faded, scratched lenses, and for heaven's sake, don't purchase some inferior reproductions. Use the real deal. I have a pair of NOS tail light lenses for 69 Camaro, still in original boxes. These are not reproductions. If not as represented, I will give you a full refund. Will post a picture, but because of the limited size, had to dummy it down quite a bit. The picture does not do these parts justice.
These are as near to perfect as you can get. No scratches whatsoever. I have had these for years. They do have the little vertical bars for a style trim car. If you have a non style trim car, these can be taken off if you are careful. I have removed them safely from several other lenses. There are a couple of dabs of semi hardening glue under each bar. Of course, on these old parts, that semi hardening glue will be pretty hard.
If you must have the best, these are for you. Call with questions.
