At 181 miles and carefully stored and maintained, why did it need a motor rebuild and new paint? That doesn't sound like "time capsule".

http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Man ...I sold a 4 speed Charger Red rotisserie 69 Hemi 500 5 years ago.Even had recall wheels on it..they jumped just a teeny bit in value...I still have a set of perfect Coronet/Charger 500 headlight bezels laying around. These are very cool...

Man, I live in NW Houston not too far from where this car spent most of it's life. Never knew it was there.

Welcome to the site Troy. So, do you happen to have a 68 Hemi Charger? Would love to hear about it. Got any pictures?

It has bench seat headrest from the looks of it, unless the guy is 7ft tall !!I found a guy who had three Hemi Charger 500's quite few years back.Orange 4 speed,Green 4 speed & a Black auto with low miles. My client chose the Orange 4 speed and a friend of mine restored it.Its the same Hemi 500 that is on American Muscle Car.
Thats me sitting in the hot seat talking about the Charger 500's on the show.I put most of the Chargers together for that episode. It was a fun day doing burn outs all day..
cool: car

I could be wrong. But if I remember right, there's something about this car that isn't quite right! I remember reading about it on the Moparts board when it was on Ebay a month or 2 ago. I'll have to go and re-read some old posts about the car. Don't hold me to it. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hmmm.gif
