Another pic. It has two vac. ports on the bottom and the pcv on the side. Also set up for exhaust heat pipe.

Looks identical to my son's. Car is 1968 Chevy II/Nova with 327-275hp.

1982-1986 F-body with LG-4 305 used the same air cleaner.

Look like an aircleaner for 69,70 Chevy Chevelle and full size. Looks just like the one on my 69 Malibu with a 350/300hp.
