What am I missing here? I can understand someone with only a couple feedbacks scamming someone but why would someone risk over 500 positives with no negatives for one scam unless it would bring in the 6 digit numbers. It's obiously a scam but still doesn't make sense. Please someone enlighten me.

More than likely the E-bay seller's ID has been hi-jacked. That is why they are telling you to e-mail them directly. It happened to me last year and what a pain it was to get corrected.
