I'am in the market for one, but not willing to pay HIGH $$ for a NASCAR style one-pumper. Only need a 1.5-2.5 ton at a reasonable price. I've seen/used Craftsman, Harbor Freight, Northern Hydraulic, etc and they're all junk. I thought Griots offered one, but I don't see any on their website.
Thanks for any suggestions Gents.

I have one from either harbor or northern...it works fine...no problems..its kind of hard to pump...probably because its cheap guts..but it is sure easy to drag around

Thanks Bob, but I'am looking for something more reliable then the Harbor I had that lasted about 5 times. No leaks, not low on fluid, just quit working. Took it back and was told it only had a 3 month warrenty - made in China. Needless to say, I was a little pissed off.
Any other suggestions Gents?

I have one of the Craftsman and it works great! It does not raise a car in two pumps like a nascar jack, but it works great.Very light ! I got mine in 2004 and it has raised a lot of vehicles in the year!I would go for the craftsman. As a matter of fact I am waiting for them to go on sale and I am going to buy another one.Now if I can just find some good aluminum jack stands!LOL

I too, have one of the Craftsman and it works great! In case you may not know it, they make two different ones and the other one does not raise a car in two pumps like a nascar jack. It if steel and does not have the single roller in the front but it does work good. Just not a Alum lightweight but a darn good jack and they both have a one year warranty.

I bought one from Harbor Freight (its blue) and it has worked great for over a year. It isn't the two-pump model but it gets the job done.
