-------I have been wondering when this car of Bobs would come up for sale and in what format. This is the real deal. the seller doesnt have all his facts absolutely right but essentially correct. Bobs Mustang was the 11th and last SOHC car. H/M had finished up the first 10 and when Larsen gave Bob the go-ahead he went to Larsens facilty and picked up his Poppy Red Mustang. He then drove it down to H/Moodys facility and gave the car to them for the conversion. Bob had a bunch of experience with standard 427 Ford motors at the drags and was a bit wary of the SOHC. He was happy with the car the way it was delivered but Ford pretty much forced him to up-grade to the SOHC. He definetly had a period where he didnt quite have a handle on the SOHC as far as tuning was concerned, but eventually he came around. It would be nice to see this car and Red Alert together in one place. Bob was a hell of a nice guy and I know he would love to see his old cars doing so well..........Bill S
