I wonder if it was flooded? Look at the water lines or mark on the speedo/tack.

Boy, that is a gut-wrenching sight. It does appear that it was underwater, how the buildsheet survived such hardships is beyond me. It looks like all the mud was hosed out of the car onto the driveway just before the photos were taken. I love the old dragstrip winner decal and hope someone can save this car.

Hey, It looks better than that green 69 Z. This chevelle is almost drivable. I wonder who would let this car just go like this. Person should be pistol whipped! A low milage car like this. NO respect! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/no.gif

I like that they took the shots of the car in a huge puddle, too! Maybe they wanted it to feel right at home? (See post above regarding the speedo and tach http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif)

I would say add another 65,000 for the resto and it STILL will not have the original motor or trans. Why would someone buy this car? Its already at 15,000. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dunno.gif
