I'm getting ready to send my '70 Camaro off the the body/paint shop. I want to paint it the original gold color with the Dick Harrell 454 Camaro stripes in white (the wide stripe on the hood and the 454 stripes on the side). But instead of the Harrell medalion/454 I want to put the Chevy logo/396 in gold leaf.
I think the wide stripe on the hood will look good with my grump lump hood scoop.

I like old cars in old car colors... nothing against red and silver but I enjoy seeing some golds, greens, browns and creams/yellows... I think you're doing it right!

Thanks everybody for your input. Alot of my friends aren't into the "old school" look but, I really like it.
I was thinking Cragers for the wheels also, but maybe Torque Thrusts. For tires I have cheater slicks with pizza cutters up front on it now...
