Check this car out. I have never seen one of these. It is a Canadian built 1966 Malibu SS with a 6 cylinder. One of 81 built for export. This one went to Scandinavia. You would have fun explaining this one at the shows and cruise-ins. If I wasn't broke, I would check into buying this one just because it is something different. I could have more fun trying to explaining this one than I have with my Beaumont.

There are probably some SS sixcylinder cars here still, but now converted to V8 cars.

Man, I love that 200 Speedo! .
That car looks pretty much like the Canadian SS small bock cars....I think the exterior emblems always say SS not Super Sport? .
James, if you feel a need more Canadian rigs, there's still lots....just finding nice ones is harder as the bulk of them grew up here in the rust belt. .
Some Canadian cars are much like the US cars but w/ some unique trim and drivetrains. . I still dream about Chevy 'W' powered '61 Pontiac Strato Chiefs and small block '65 Acadian Invaders....both 2 Dr. Sedans or course!

I would use caution if interested in this car. GM of canada logo is different than what is on my camaro documentation. Roger

The GM Canada documents seem Ok? . I see George documented it....ask him yourself, he's on this site if you can catch him or send him a PM. . His phone number is listed here somewhere too if time is an issue. .

The GM of Canada logo is different on my Impala documentation also, but I guess they changed it between 2001 and 2005.
There is absolutely nothing in the description of the car that makes me worried. The optionlist is in many ways similar to my 1967 Impala, and typical of a Chevrolet sold here in the sixties. I read the Swedish text, and it is not strange in any way.
This car is unusual. But is it valuable ? I donīt think so. Iīd rather buy a Malibu with a 396.
