------This may be a really cool little long-roof but I dont think its any L79. Cast iron intake and a quadrajet would pretty much limit it to being a 275hp car. I would fully agree that even a 275/327 4spd 67 Nova wagon would be extremely rare and then factor in the AC. Whew!!! Very CQQL... No pun intended!!!.....Bill S

Nowhere in the Ad is it mentioned that this is a L79 car even though 67 L-79's had cast iron intakes and Quadrajet carbs....And in reference to Real L79 cars......they were available w A.C........

Ken,
------Although this car may, then, be or not be an L79, I appreciate the education. I dont think I have ever knowingly looked at a 67 L79 Nova and assumed in this case (incorrectly it seems) that it would have a very similar make-up to a 66. The funny part is that a 66 and 67 Corvette L79 are very close to identical (aluminum intake, Holley, same good internals). Im sure I made the incorrect assumption based on the 66 and 67 Vettes engines. Bet 67 Nova L79 owners feel a bit shortchanged!!!.........Bill S
