Here's a 69 Z28 rebody in the works. . Vin and cowl tag numbers are noted if anyone wants to enter them in their database? . He notes a 'retired' Z28 cowl tag and registration goes w/ it but doesn't specify he's jumping the Vin although expect that's the situation? . Nothing about still having the 'retired' car and what the status of hidden Vins or parts containing it are at? .
