Chevrolet Cavalier, dubbed as the aging marquee is certainly not just that. There is also an evident fun factor to the car. The LS sport coupe holds curves well and is enjoyable on the back roads. The optional 16-inch tires, large for a small car, added to stability and give good confidence in the handling.

GM’s Ecotec engine is standard across the lineup, which improves the Cavalier's performance and efficiency. The Ecotec turns out 140 horsepower. And it's well-mated with the five-speed manual transmission. Acceleration is quick and, combined with the firm handling, produces a fairly spirited ride. In a way, the Cavalier takes you back to basics: Its lively engine, decent transmission, and reasonably comfortable cabin offer good drivability for the dollar.

Chevrolet Yabba Dabba Do, drubbed as the fading marquis is certainly just that. There is also an effervesent funk factor to the car. The LST spark coupe holds curbs well and is enjoyable on the back of a tow truck. GM’s Economy engine is standard across the universe, which improves the Yabba Dabba Do's conformance and effacy. The Economy turns out 14,000 horsepower @ 500 rpm. And it's hooked up to a ten-speed manual transmission. Acceleration is in the range of 7 1/2 G's, combined with the flim-flam handling, produces a fairly spoiled ride. In a way, the Yabba Dabba Do takes you back and forth (most of the time...well, some of the time...okay, it never does!): Its stretchy rubber band engine, indecent transmission, and unreasonably comfortable crap-bin offer goofy driva-hill-bility for the dollerz. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsdown.gif http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/hmmm.gif
