With all the posts about COPO 70 Z's I thought you guys might want to see mine. I just got it back after a complete ground up restoration. I am the second owner, my uncle was the first owner.

Cool,
Looks like there is a total of five CoPo's in the registry that was mentioned in a previous post here.

None yellow, so you might want to add it.

Are chance of you going to SCR9? Looks like there will be three of us right now, My Blue Car, Phil's Green and Chris's Hugger (Can't wait to see that one).

Thanks for all the compliments. The resoration took about 15 months. This car is really special to me because it was my uncles and my first experinece with muscle cars. I grew up getting wild rides in it every other summer when we would visit during our family vacation.

I would love to bring it to SCR9. I'll try to work out my schedule so I can attend.

Cruise out with us, we have a caravan going every year! Hook up with Tommy K from the Vineland area, and the line will get longer as we go west http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

Good looking car, Nils. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggthumpup.gif

BTW, you have a Swedish name and live in Delaware. Do you know of any connections to Sweden ?

Anders, thanks for the compliment. My dad was born and raised in Klippan and moved to the states to go to college. I still have alot of family in the Lund and Angelholm area which I visit every couple of years.

It is nice to see someone from Sweden on the site. I remember seeing plenty of American muscle on the streets of Klippan during my trips to Sweden.

Nils, that part of Sweden is less then 2 hours drive from Anderstorp. I pass it going to Denmark now and then.
And we have a lot of American musclecars here, like you said.

Phil, hopefully I will meet you and Nils at SCR-9. I´m planning on bringing my 14-year old daughter, so we will probably take the opportunity to see the Arch and other things in the neighbourhood.
How many http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beers.gif did you say ?

See you there, Phil

Thanks TimG. I've been receiving lots of offers for the car since it was completed three weeks ago. Who knows if it is a sweet enough offer I might have to take it... http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif

It took first place in a local Camaro only show for it's class and one of the best of show awards.

BBBenny got some awards too with his beautiful COPO.
