Todd, there are (2) Blue '68 "BALDWIN" MOTION SS Camaro's -- The (2) Rally Sports have Not Turned up. The Rally Sports are the ones that Joel used in his ads -- they were jacked up and had side pipes, the (2) blue cars are kind of subtle.

Original owner just came forward with a '68 RS Camaro Phase 3 with 8000 orig miles; L88 and stinger hood; didn't even need a letter from JR as he has all his original purchase docs

thanks
There are at least 5 real '68 BM Camaros that survived, so there are probably a few more out there tucked away in someone's garage.

So back to the original question, did Motion put any distiguishing marks on the engines they installed?

I saw Joel's Green 70 LS7 Camaro in the process being restored by Island Musclecars on Long Island ( I understand it wasn't finished by them) but I had many chances to see the car up close, the original engine DID have a motion specific stamp on the stamping pad under the pass head, believe it was something like MP12343.... I think Joel still has the car.?

Was that Timken's car?

I believe Timken finished the car, very interesting story that goes along with it from what I remember, they had Joel's last Motion Vette as well (73.?) Marlin PM'd you. SULLY
