Beautiful car Rich. Hey, If you can't (or don't) drive it, it aint a car, it's furniture.

I call it Big Toy Models like we clued together as kids.It sits in the garage(shelves as a kid) and we admire them. They are not the same price as they were when we banging gears. Now they are or could be used for your retirement.

Painted undercarriage on one of my cars and I still http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/3gears.gif

I'm lucky, my Charger was undercoated from the factory and then undercoated by the dealership upon delivery as part of their dealerprep ($39 back then), so it's very black and very rubbery underneath. I never have to worry about waxing the underside of my car! I always love to check out the expressions on the faces of the guys that try to crawl under my car at a car show expecting to see an original 16,000 mile car with a shiny red underside. They get all bummed when they see that it looks like the underside of...a car.

Sorry Steve never liked the undercoat look. When I restored my car nobody new how to make the primer with overspray that could wipe dust off,Painted it !!

Funny how a seller doesn't return a call when you show him iron-clad proof that he's misrepresenting his car. Proof from the previous owner that documents his 383 ragtop car was not built that way he is representing it! Funny how he "misplaced" the broadcast sheet and data plate that went with the car when I sold it to him. I'm glad I kept copies and photos! http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/naughty.gif I would have loved to see his expression when he saw the original photos (again) and the pencil rubbing of the data plate from back in 1981.
