View Full Version : My day 2 Deuce (sort of...)

I recently bought an old set of 14" Firestone Drag 500's and decided to air them up and paint up a pair of XT's to try a new look for the Deuce...The idea was that these cars originally were shipped with body color XT wheels and were removed and tossed on the pile at Yenko, so its sort of a "what if" the original owner asked for a pair of the original wheels to mount up a set of slicks to go racing.
They're just about too big to fit in the fenders safely, and are old and hard, but i figured I'd get a few pics before stacking them in the corner of my basement as yet another waste of time/money/energy. http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif Thought I'd post some pics to see what you guys thought.
