That's a RightHand side door mirror.
Is there a date code etched into the glass,because it also was possible for:
*1963-72 Nova
*1973-74 Nova Taxi
*1964-68 Chevelle
*1967 Camaro
*1968 Passenger (Except Sport Coupe)
