Tuxedo Black Z/28 question

I was looking to get a little help from the pro's. A friend is looking at buying this 1969 RS Z/28 that is 10 10 tuxedo black. It has a 502 in it now but that would get changed out at some point. I'm just curious what you think about the tag. Does it look correct. For some reason it looks to perfect to me. I'm not a pro so let me know what you guys think.
