How about running those missing and recently (Canadian) retitled ZL1s?

Those ZL1's were the first thing I thought of too! .

There'd probably be a lot of 'hits' by checking the Vins of vehicles being unloaded from container ships shipped out of Canada? .

Is there a similar available site in the U.S.? .
