View Full Version : The Best MoonShine Movie..EVER!
This Movie always stuck out in my mind as a classic from the summer of 1977.
I just obtained it after nearly 30 years of always referencing it's characters & scenes to a few around me...Imagine all this:
*William Conrad,mutton chops and all.
*John Saxon just waiting to kick someones A$$.
*Claudia Jennings, one of the true 70's genre actresses who I would've pay to watch read the phone book, had she not met an untimely death.
*Dub Taylor, one of THE best southern character actors of all time.He probably didn't even need a script.
*Len Lesser,Seinfelds own Uncle Leo...HELLO!
*A Cuda that's just begg'n to be put through it's paces.
*And last but not least,Maureen McCormick..aka Marsha Brady, barely 21 & wearing Daisy Dukes w/a tube top,as the Bad seed wielding a shotgun in one hand, and a full glass in the other.

Works for me! .
Don't recall ever seeing this one but Maureen McCormick sloshed on Moonshine sounds like a fun evening?! .
Anyone remember that old moonshine-runner movie from the 70's where the kid also went in smash-up derbies and had the retractable piece of railway track under his car to inflict damage on other cars? .

The Brady family values went out the window when Robert Reed admitted to his liking it up the hoop....then he died of Aids a couple years later! .

john saxon did another moonshine movie besides this one.in it he drove a lime green 70 road runner, and a pink T/A Challenger.
To the few who asked me.
Here is Claudia Jennings bio & how she died.

I liked her, even though Hollywood really didn't because of her Playmate past and "B" movie status. She would've made one sweet Angel.
I recommend Sisters of Death & Gator Bait.

White Lightning with Burt Reynolds. No really nice cars but some souped up sedans. I wonder how that recipe for Lou's shaky puddin was? http://www.yenko.net/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
